The location provided easy access to many shops and restaurants (I particularly enjoyed the nearby cafes). I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. They organized an ATV tour that was really fun, which speaks volumes about their service. I really appreciated the beautiful pools and their great view.
The air conditioning needed some attention to reach optimal performance.

i enjoyed the large central pool with a swim-up bar. the grounds were clean, and i saw they were kept tidy. staff were cute and friendly (they always had a smile). the room i had was spacious.
the air conditioning did not work well initially. it was fixed the next day but wasn't at 100%. i noticed a strong odour of humidity and ammonia. i fixed it with candles and incense (which i luckily had with me).

I enjoyed being so close to the jungle. the pool area was pretty and the staff were pleasant. the hotel's location allowed easy access to various food places, a chemist, and convenience stores. It also stood apart being situated in a quiet part of the busy streets.

My room included netflix. It was a great addition for unwinding after a long day before bed. i also appreciated the scenic walk accessible past the pool. It provided a nice view.

A Quiet Escape Amidst the Jungle

I enjoyed the big, bright room. Large windows and a balcony offered views of the pool. The bed was quite comfortable. Wi-Fi and AC worked very well .
My room had a gap in the door that allowed mosquitoes inside. I think that this is an important detail to consider for future reservations. It made it hard to have a restful night.
