Idyllic Getaway, A Nice Stay
central location friendly staff excellent service
The location provided easy access to many shops and restaurants (I particularly enjoyed the nearby cafes). I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. They organized an ATV tour that killed it, which speaks volumes about their service. I really appreciated the beautiful pools and their great view.
The air conditioning needed some attention to reach optimal performance.
Rooms
9/10
My suite had a valley view balcony. The room was clean and the furnishings were well kept and comfortable. I found the space ample for relaxation after exploring the surrounding area.
Facilities
9/10
The infinity pool offered unreal views of the surrounding forest. The on-site restaurant included a wide range of drinks and dishes. The manicured gardens provided a lush, relaxing environment around the grounds.

a stay with some minor issues
large central pool swim-up bar friendly staff air conditioning problem humidity odor ammonia odor
i enjoyed the large central pool with a swim-up bar. the grounds were clean, and i saw they were kept tidy. staff were cute and friendly (they always had a smile). the room i had was spacious.
the air conditioning did not work well initially. it was fixed the next day but wasn't at 100%. i noticed a strong odour of humidity and ammonia. i fixed it with candles and incense (which i luckily had with me).

Adequate stay, CONSIDER restaurant service.
intentional oversight poor restaurant service
The restaurant service needs improvement. I clearly stated my allergies. staff still added papaya to my breakfast. It was an intentional oversight that I did not appreciate.

A Quiet Escape Amidst the Jungle
bright room pool view
I enjoyed the big, bright room. Large windows and a balcony offered views of the pool. The bed was quite comfortable. Wi-Fi and AC worked very well .
My room had a gap in the door that allowed mosquitoes inside. I think that this is an important detail to consider for future reservations. It made it hard to have a restful night.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast included was great and well worth it. From the restaurant, the jungle views were just fine. I was really impressed by the quality of the food and the ambiance.
